What are the Fees?

The Company, Fat Prophets Australia Fund Limited, will pay the manager (Fat Prophets Funds Management Australia Pty Limited) a fee equivalent to 1.25% of the net value of the portfolio per annum for its investment management services.

Additionally, the manager will be entitled to 15% of any out-performance of the Fat Fund's benchmark index, the S&P/ASX300 Accumulation Index. This fee cannot be levied until any historical underperformance is recaptured through out-performance.

This performance fee aligns the investor's interests with the manager's creating a win/win scenario.
